Dry deburring machine: Vacuum inspection (must use vacuum cleaner), clean the inside of production equipment, thoroughly and effectively remove residual dust. Before putting it into use, test whether the idling equipment is running smoothly. It is recommended to use SKF grease lubrication system spindle bearings. If the enterprise equipment processes aluminum parts, the residual aluminum powder should be thoroughly cleaned. Iron parts can only be processed after replacing the abrasive belt.
Wet-type deburring machine: Check the working cycle to filter the water level of the water tank, again by adding anti-rust liquid; lubricate the rotating moving parts with oil. Before putting it into use, test whether the idling equipment is running smoothly. It is recommended to use SKF grease lubrication system spindle bearings.
